These terms govern your use of da.place. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use da.place. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
You own the bubbles, tips, photos and lists you create. By posting content you grant us a limited license to store and display it so the app works — for example, showing a shared list to the people you sent it to. You can delete your content at any time.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your use of da.place is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it.
da.place is free to use. Optional Pro features and coin packs are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
We work hard to keep da.place running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features over time.
To the extent permitted by law, da.place is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Tips are shared by other people — always use your own judgment when visiting a place.
You can stop using da.place and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
